How to order WinSeis

You may place your order by mail, phone, or fax. When you place your
order (whichever method you choose), please provide the following information:

  1. Which version of WinSeis you want (Demo, ExtraLite, or Full Version).
  2. Name of primary user (this person will receive enduser and update/upgrade information).
  3. Company name, if applicable.
  4. Mailing address (street, city, state, zip).
  5. FedEx address, if different (Federal Express will not deliver to p.o. box addresses).
  6. Phone number.
  7. Fax number, if you have one.
  8. E-mail address.
  9. How you wish to pay.
  10. For security reasons, we do not recommend sending your credit card information by email.

If you have questions about placing your order, or about an order you have already placed, please call 785-864-2176 or 785-864-3965 (8:30 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m. Central time) and ask for the WinSeis administrator. Orders can be taken over the phone, if you wish.

Payment

We require payment before shipping. The Kansas Geological Survey accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Please ask for details if you wish to pay by electronic bank transfer.
